Dine

A culinary journey
through Western Kenya.

Our kitchen already serves local and international cuisine: fresh lake fish, ugali, sukuma wiki and dishes drawn from the cultures around us. It is the beginning of a longer journey — toward poolside dining, hands-on cooking classes and a menu that reads like a map of the region.

Built light on the land.

Solar generation, harvested rainwater, composted kitchen waste and a recycling culture are being designed into Emory now — not retrofitted later. Green certification is a Phase 3 commitment.

Our Sustainability Approach

Solar power

Renewable generation on site, reducing reliance on the grid.

Rainwater harvesting

Rooftop capture and recycling for irrigation and the herb garden.

Waste & composting

Kitchen waste to compost; paper, plastics and metals separated.

Green certification

A recognised certification pursued at the right scale, in Phase 3.

Location

On the corridor
that connects it all.
