Twenty rooms,
built for the view.

Modern guest rooms are rising on the five-acre site now. Below is how we are planning them — with every detail clearly marked where it is still being finalised.

Under construction

20 modern guest rooms in the lodge block — part of the 60% still under construction.

Planned expansion

Staged room expansion and a limited cluster of co-ownership cottages — to follow the room block.

Available now

Dining, events and cultural evenings — the resort is already welcoming guests.

The Rooms

Four room types,
one standard of care.

Room categories below are our planning framework for the twenty-room block. Final names, dimensions, amenities and rates will be published once the block is complete — we will not quote what we cannot yet confirm.

A note on rates: the Emory Resort Growth Strategy Plan does not set published room rates. Rather than invent them, every room shows "rate on enquiry" until the commercial schedule is approved.

In Every Room

Comfortable by design,
light by intention.

Rooms are being designed around the things that actually decide whether a stay feels restful: quiet, light, air, a proper bed and a bathroom that works. Sustainability measures sit in the background — solar, LEDs, harvested water — so guests feel the benefit without the lecture.

  • On-site connectivity

Reliable connectivity across the resort is part of the Phase 1 site works.

  • LED lighting throughout

Lower energy demand and warmer, calmer light in every room.

  • Harvested rainwater

Rooftop capture and recycling supports irrigation across the grounds.

  • Kitchen downstairs

Room guests eat from the same kitchen that anchors our events programme.

Expansion · Own a Piece of Emory

A lodge block today.
A cottage cluster next.

Beyond the twenty guest rooms, our expansion plan contemplates a limited cluster of premium chalets or cottages held as individually owned units under a management and revenue-share agreement with Emory — a structure adapted from proven Kenyan resorts, suited to this region's scale and price point.

It is deliberately understated on this website. There is no public price list, no sales campaign and no offer of returns. Serious enquiries are invited to a conversation.

Partnership enquiries

Planned expansion, following the room block. This website does not constitute an offer of securities. Detailed information is shared privately on request.
