Capacities are placeholders. Our strategy plan does not specify seated or standing capacities for either venue. Rather than inflate a number, we quote capacity once each layout is measured — your proposal will state it plainly.

Before you book.

We quote capacity per layout rather than publish a single figure, because banquet, theatre and boardroom layouts differ substantially. Tell us your headcount and we will tell you honestly whether the space fits.
Once the twenty-room block is complete, yes — accommodation, conference space and meals bookable together. Until then, events are day-based, with accommodation guidance on request.
Live music and cultural performance are part of our existing programming, including Luhya Isukuti drumming and Luo Ngoma storytelling. We can arrange performances as part of an event.
Space and layout options, catering, entertainment, timings and a written quote, plus a named coordinator. Detailed financial terms are confirmed in the proposal itself.
Yes — this is one of our differentiators. A retreat can add a Kakamega Forest trek, a lake birding morning or a cultural visit as part of the programme. See Experiences.
